Ingredients

    7 oz shredded chicken breast
    3 handfuls of baby spinach
    1/3 cup walnuts
    1 box Barilla Rotina Whole Wheat Pasta
    6 Tbsp gorgonzola crumbles
    3 Tbsp pesto sauce
    2 handfuls of sliced cherry tomatoes

Directions

Boil pasta, drain, and then add all ingredients until the spinach is wilted and the pesto is well mixed.

    I substituted lettuce for the spainach, and white pasta for the whole wheat pasta, I am allergic to both spainach and whole wheat pasta. - 3/26/09
