Chicken and vegetables, easy preparation, quick clean up. I threw this together one evening and was very impressed with the results. My husband said this was his new favorite dish! The surprise is that it's so easy, delicious, and your entire meal is done! Leftovers are even better! Chicken and vegetables, easy preparation, quick clean up. Sounds good- but your ingredients listed don't match the ingredients you used to calculate the nutritional info, if each serving has 1 chicken breast, .25 can soup, and .25 jar alfredo the calories would be over 500 per serving. - 4/9/09

This sounds good but I think the nutritional info is incorrect. The recipe calls for 2 chicken breasts but the ingredient info only lists 4 oz. of chicken (that's only 1 breast). - 4/3/09

This sounds like my kind of recipe & I'm definitely going to try it. I have to re-calculate the nutrition, though. It can't be 167 calories/serving. Just the sauce & a 5oz chicken breast (pretty small) comes to 220 calories. The Classico sauce is not an Alfredo--that would be even more calories - 4/3/09

It looks like when you entered the ingredients, you entered one serving's worth of ingredients (not the amount for the whole recipe, as you should), but entered that it was 2 servings, so really the calories should be double that. - 4/10/09

I'd use cream of chicken soup instead of the mushroom soup since I can't have mushrooms, but otherwise I think it's a really good recipe. - 4/5/09

I substituted green peppers for the asparagus, I am allergic to asparagus. - 4/3/09
