Use frozen fruit. I throw all my too ripe bananas into the freezer (take off the skin!). Blend fruit before adding other ingredients so you don't blend milk too long, if you do, the milk gets too frothy and it's not fun to drink any more. I like more banana: 1 banana, 6oz milk, 1 T sugar, dash vanil - 12/3/09

This is wonderful! I have been drinking it for my breakfast and taking one to drink with my light lunch at work. Made one this morning with my raspberries from my garden last summer , just so good. Thank you for sharing! Nan - 1/3/09
