Nutrition & Calorie Comments

great! but instead of the vanilla and sugar, I put in chocolate powder. It tastes very good!
Use frozen fruit. I throw all my too ripe bananas into the freezer (take off the skin!). Blend fruit before adding other ingredients so you don't blend milk too long, if you do, the milk gets too frothy and it's not fun to drink any more. I like more banana: 1 banana, 6oz milk, 1 T sugar, dash vanil
This was good. I used Splenda instead of the sugar.
I love bananas so I will try this soon. What % of milk did you use to get the nutrition values?
