Where's the rest of the recipe? What temperature? How long should I bake them?

    O.K.
As my username might suggest, I, as a gentleman and a scholar, am well versed in the majestic art of muffinry. As a master muffin man, I can confidently and vehemently dictate that these muffins are without the doubt the 14th greatest muffins that have ever graced my kitchen. Needs more dairy though - 4/3/18

needs temperature and cooking time. Also "mix sugars together and sprinkle on top"?? What sugars? I used large crystal sugars but you don't have to blend those. I also baked it at 400 degrees, 15 minutes and monitored it every minute after. Not an exact time log, but it came out alright.
