Ingredients

    4 eggs, large
    1/3 cup light mayo
    2 tsp mustard
    pepper to taste

Directions

Get 4 eggs, hard boiled (prep time does not include egg boiling). Peel egg.

Mash the eggs
Add mayonnaise and mustard
Stir with fork and mash with tines
