Introduction
Cheap and EASY to make for lunch or dinner! Serve with Fat-Free or low-fat Pringles, some cucumber slices or carrots and you have a complete meal! I used thin sliced roasted-garlic Artisian bread, but this recipe calls for doing one large sandwich on French bread loaf and then slicing into individual portions. AMAZING!! My husband LOVED it. He said it was better than he's ever had in any restuarant! Used steak rolls and added some minced garlic and chopped onions. Cooked on HIGH for 5 hours and meat was falling apart. Used thin round steak. Next time will double the recipe bc it only made 3 sandwiches. - 6/2/10
