Cheap and EASY to make for lunch or dinner! Serve with Fat-Free or low-fat Pringles, some cucumber slices or carrots and you have a complete meal! I used thin sliced roasted-garlic Artisian bread, but this recipe calls for doing one large sandwich on French bread loaf and then slicing into individual portions. I really enjoyed this recipe although I think it would be better made on individual rolls rather than one giant loaf. I also added horseradish. - 1/9/11

AMAZING!! My husband LOVED it. He said it was better than he's ever had in any restuarant! Used steak rolls and added some minced garlic and chopped onions. Cooked on HIGH for 5 hours and meat was falling apart. Used thin round steak. Next time will double the recipe bc it only made 3 sandwiches. - 6/2/10

Boy this is really good. And so easy. It does go great with carrot sticks and potato chips. I shredded it because the meat was too tender to slice. Yum!! - 4/7/10

My family really liked it, however, the bread we used was a little too crusty and it took away from the flavor and texture of the meat. I think we will get softer rolls next time. Thank you for the great recipe. - 11/23/09

I made this tonight and it is wonderful! Very easy to put on before work. Excellent flavor. I left mine open-faced in the oven rather than wrapped in foil because I like a little crunch but other than that I follwed it exactly. It will definitely be one of our family favorites! - 4/28/09
