    Great stuff!!!! At first I thought, "oh, just lemon water." but the flavors come at ya kinda in a wave: lemon, cuke, mint...and the ginger just holding it all together. Love it!! Thanks so much for sharing! :) - 7/7/11

    sorry I'm so late responding! Water can be boiled but I used distilled water. Sometimes I use my tap water run through my brita filter.
