Ingredients

    1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, undrained
    1/2 cup (38g) crushed saltine crackers
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg, beaten
    Salt 1 dash (optional)
    Black Pepper dash
    1 tsp Garlic powerd
    1 tsp Onion powder
    2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

Makes 4 servings of 157g per serving.

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, cracker crumbs, milk, egg, seasoning and melted butter. Mix thoroughly.
Press the salmon mixture into a lightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes or until done.

Another option is to place into muffine pan, this will make three 'cakes' per serving.

    Incredible!
    I made this last night. Keep in in refrigerator until I baked it today and it was wonderful. Had great flavor - I didn't have onion powder so I used onion. It was easy and very good. I will make this againg - 10/2/09
