    I made it for the first time with tomatoes, as someone had suggested. i was in a hurry and could not find the zucchini in the store, os tomatoes it was. That was very good and went over well! The next night, I went to the local market and got the zucchini. Very good! - 7/24/07

    I love zuchinni that I slice and broil adding a little mozzarella low fat on the slices. i also do this with tomato slices. yummy. Diane - 1/12/09

    I do in the toaster oven and put the parmesan cheese on while cooking. For an extra kick, but additional sodium and calories, I season with Italian seasoning and sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese on for the last minute of cooking. Zucchini is coming in from the garden. Must use. - 6/24/07
