Directions

Combine ingredients.
Using a scant 1/4 c. batter make crepe in nonstick frypan.

    Wow, these are awesome! No added sugar, and they are so easy. I filled them with lowfat cottage cheese and mashed bananas, and topped with strawberries. It was delicious, and so satisfying. The best part was that two (including filling) was only 280 calories, and I am stuffed. - 1/10/10

    Very simple. I have made crepes in the past and the recipes I've used always required melted butter added, nice to have a version now that produces tasty crepes without the added butter! I used whole wheat flour and filled them with strawberry rhubarb compote, super tasty and very filling! - 5/29/11

    Loved this recipe! Easily fed 4 people, along with turkey sausage. I swapped whole wheat flour and used some stevia for a sweetner. Delicious! - 4/17/10

    I was looking for something easy with just a couple of ingrediants... these were great! I added a little cinnamon and served with some ff rasp cream cheese. Can't wait for the leftovers tomorrow morning!! - 6/11/09
