Introduction

This is adaptation of a smoothie from The Eat Clean Diet Cookbook. This is adaptation of a smoothie from The Eat Clean Diet Cookbook.

Ingredients

    Place the following ingredients in a blender and puree:

    1 Cup of Skim Milk
    1 Cup of sliced strawberries
    1 medium banana sliced
    1 cup of tap water
    1 packet of spiru-tein natural vanilla mix
    1 cup of unsweetened applesauce
    1 tablespoons of flax seed
    1 cup Breyer’s Natural Vanillia ice cream
    handful of ice cubes

Directions

No cooking needed. Slice the fruit and add ingredients into blender. This recipe serves 8 with 8 ounce cup servings.
