Ingredients

    5 oz Ronzoni Smart Taste penne or rotini
    1 yellow bell pepper, diced
    1 cup small broccoli florets
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    14.5 oz can Del Monte No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic & Oregano
    2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside; cover to keep warm.
Cook bell pepper and broccoli in olive oil in medium skillet for approximately 3 minutes. Add undrained tomatoes. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender. Toss vegetable mixture with pasta and cheese.
