    Very Good
Very yummy. The mustard gives this a wonderful flavor. I substituted cream of chicken for the cream of mushroom and used spicy brown mustard instead of dijon. Delicious! - 7/31/09

    Incredible!
This was great - I used garlic pepper as I was out of the lemon pepper and I also seared the meat, made the sauce and the added the meat back into the skillet and put it in the oven to finish cooking - YUM! I agree the calories are a bit off, but I adjusted and enjoyed it anyway. - 1/29/08

    Incredible!
We loved it. After cooking the chops, browned onions in the pan, used sherry to deglaze, then used cream of celery (don't like mushrooms). Used brown mustard - no dijon. Also skipped the lemon pepper; used salt, pepper, allspice. - 11/7/07
