This is for one fillet only, but you get the idea :)
1 x Fave Fish FIllet (usually around 100 grams) - I use Hake or whiting but the choice is yours
Lemon juice, 2 tbsp - this is just a rough guide, its all dependant on your taste
Black Pepper - Freshly ground from the peppercorns is best
Butro - 2 teaspoons (butro is a local butter spread - use your equivalent)
Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees
Grab a small section of tin foil (big enough to wrap your fillet)
Place your fillet in the centre and "blob" the butro in small amounts along the centre of the fillet.
Sprinkle your lemon juice and black pepper to your taste requirements.
Wrap your fillet up loosely like a parcel, this will allow the butter to heat and melt through the fillet and the resulting juices to steam your fish.
Place on a baking tray and into your oven.
Leave to steam for roughly 20-30 minutes.... open up and serve.
(I like to serve placed on a bed of veggies and couscous)
