Introduction
This is absolutely wonderful and low fat but doesn't taste like it. The lemon flavor is very rich and full and great for fresh blueberries just picked from the bushes. This recipe has been adapted from Kraft but changed to reflect low fat at 80 calories per serving rather then 160. This is absolutely wonderful and low fat but doesn't taste like it. This was so good I can't even tell you in words. A def must try. It was the best dessert at the party I took it to, the pan had been scraped clean. I will say that it was too hard to serve as cut squares so I just put a spoon in it and served it like you would Banana Pudding. It was delicous. - 6/6/11

I needed a recipe that was easy enough for a bunch of five year old to make and still hold nutritional value. The responsabilities of a Scout Leader! This recipe was not only easy but it allowed the girls to switch the fruits to their favorite one and match it with pie filling or instant pudding. - 10/25/09
