Instead of vinegar, I used 2 tbsp of lemon juice and instead of sugar use 1 tsp of Stevia natural sweetener. I also added about a 1/2 tsp of horseradish which gives the coleslaw a bit more zip. I also used green cabbage and added a few shredded baby carrots for colour. Makes a nice salad! - 5/1/10

I used Miracle Whip Light which I decided I may save calories next time and just use regular (sin!) Miracle Whip because I love the taste. My secret ingredient is to add caraway /or celery seed and let sit a few hours before serving. I add the seeds about half hour before serving. Thx. Good recipe - 11/12/14

I really liked this recipe. Went together quick. I only added 1 Tbl. spoon of sugar and added about 1 Tbl. spoon of homemade horseradish. Gives the salad a little kick. - 3/17/21

I call this 3-2-1 coleslaw - cuz it blasts off with flavor. But mostly so I can remember the ingredients without having to pull the recipe every time! LOL - 3/18/09
