Great soup. so easy! Start with the liquids putting my lemon grass in roughly chopped garlic, leaves and let simmer. I then strain this keeping only the liquid and add chicken or pork, shirmp and any veggie I may have on hand or feel like along with the cilantro and chili past - 12/28/12

    Incredible!
The easiest Tom Yum soup I've found. I couldn't get kaffir lime leaves so I used lime zest instead. You can add other veg. SO good for you and great with a hangover! x - 8/3/07
