Ingredients

    2 lb flounder fillets
    1 T Olive Oil
    1/2 c italian bread crumbs
    1/4 Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 t Italian seasoning
    Olive Oil cooking spray

Directions

Spray baking dish with olive oil cooking spray. Lay fillets in pan and brush with olive oil. Mix together italian bread crumbs, italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Pat bread crumb mixture on top of fish. Spray tops with Olive oil cooking spray. Broil 5-7 minutes. Watch closely so you don't burn.

    I am going to try it tonight...sounds great.
    this is a nice and easy way to prepare any fish.
    Rice and veggie and compliment with a glass of white wine.
