I do as another poster said, and use the Kashi cereal layered with yogurt (plain) and fresh fruit. It is delicious. Sometimes I add nuts, too, which improves the nutritional value. - 6/12/10

I have tried two of the recipes on this site. One was the Banana Raisin muffins and the chicken with soy sauce and honey. Today, I will try the Cream of Potato and Chicken Soup. They were all very tasty. - 6/12/11

This recipe is great when used with just the Kashi instead of the bars. I also like it with Total, Raisin Bran, and Puffed Wheat. - 6/12/11

    Incredible!
I'm going to layer the kashi cereal in a desert glasses to save on the calories added with the butter/marshmellow treats. And I think I will use strawberries, raspberries and blueberries instead of the peaches. Yummy.

My hubby thought it was great and he doesn't like berries with sugar.
