Ingredients

1 pound uncooked flounder, chopped fine
1 fresh jalapeno, chopped fine
Lime juice of 15 limes
Salt
2 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped fine
1 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions
Combine the fish, jalapenos, lime juice, salt, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
May be eatten with boiled potatoes or on a bed of romaine lettuce.

I am peruvian and love this dish, the bad thing is the chilie: which is not jalapeƱo, that one is mexican, the taste is different from the original "yellow pepper" paste (in latin stores). You don't use tomatoes and also you serve it with baked sweet potatoes and a bed of boston or bibb lettuce - 1/14/08
