Directions
* Using a fork, vigorously mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and Splenda until smooth and well blended.

This is way kool and so nice for Valentine's Day and Christmas. I have a cheese cake lover in the family, who's very critical and this passed her "test"! Too easy to make and a big hit. I also tried drizzling strawberry syrup instead of the chocolate on a few. A keeper! I like the graham cracker, too - 6/19/17

Great for a fast easy dessert or sweet snack. I recommend using ramikins instead of the ice cube trays (I have cheap ice cube trays). Also, I didn't like the sugar free chocolate syrup with the cheesecake. It tasted bitter in comparison. All that being said, I will remake these definitely when I'm c - 9/7/15
