Ingredients

    1 lb. 93% extra lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1-1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 cup diet cola
    2/3 cup ketchup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar.

Directions

Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet; drain well. Stir in remaining ingredients as listed; mix well. Simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered so it will thicken.

    I made this with extra lean turkey just because I amnot a huge fan of ground beef... I was incredibly skeptical, but they were pretty delicious! Need a bit of extra seasoning though! - 4/3/09

    I have a large family and had to double the recipe. That means 6 Tablespoons of brown sugar. It was way too sweet. Can't be healthy. - 1/22/17
