I made this and it was delicious! I did add some garlic powder, parsley, S&P to the breading mixture. My only questions are-what size fillet is this recipe for? I guessed a 4 oz., anyone know for sure? And, my fish was a little wet, any ideas on how to fix that? Either way though, awesome recipe! - 1/20/09

Good! I skipped the butter and sprayed the fish with cooking spray instead, so the topping was probably crispier than the original, but the flavor was good! I will make again. Quick and easy! - 1/7/13

Quick, easy & good. I think I will add a bit of black pepper into the bread crumb and parm mix next time. Also, it would be helpful to know the weight of "1 fillet" to be sure I was on par regarding the nutritional values. No worries, I just entered the ingredients individually in my tracker. - 5/12/10

We all liked this very much! Took a longer cooking time, but I just have to get used to broiling fish instead of baking. - 3/23/10

Super easy, fast, and healthy. I skipped the butter and used pam before and after the coating and used my 35 cal bread for crumbs. Note to self - use a scant 1T. of parm next time. - 9/6/19

Easy to make and tasty. I wanted a little flavor on mine so I cooked with olive oil and added salt and pepper to the parmesan mixture. I could see how you could spice this up really easily. My husband had 3 pieces for supper. - 11/5/13

I made this tonight and it was delicious! I did add a dash of garlic powder, italian seasonings, S&P (used plain whole wheat bread crumbs) and light Land O Lakes butter, with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before & after cooking. It was SO easy and my husband raved! THANKS! - 4/12/12

This was a piece of cake! I would probably coat it just a little more though because hubby likes it crispier was thinking about doing it with the oven fry brand bread crumbs for him. Anyway we loved it and the best thing is that it is so quick and easy! - 4/19/11

Just made this for dinner. AMAZING! The flounder practically melted in our mouths! I doubled the recipe for two fillets, but next time I will probably just use this amount and split it between the two. Though all that cheese was VERY tasty! - 11/5/10

Very good, but my coating also was a bit mushy. To remedy this, all I did was pan-fry it for a couple of minutes on each side. Problem solved. - 8/25/10
