Introduction
When I think of dinner out, I think of T.G.I. Fridays Cobb Salad. Even though it is full of healthy vegetables it is one of the most unhealthy salads on the menu becuase of it's fattening ingredients. Ingredients

4 large Romaine lettuce leaves
1 medium tomato
1/2 ripe avocado
1 hard-boiled egg
4 oz. boneless chicken breast, without skin
Directions
1. Boil 1 large egg.
2. In a 12-inch skillet, sprayed lightly with non-stick spray, cook the chicken breast.
3. Chop or tear the lettuce leaves in to bite-sized pieces.
4. Chop all remaining ingredients.
5. Arrange ingredients into rows on plate.
Enjoy with your favorite light salad dressing.
This salad is a healthier choice and has been made much lower in fat than the restaurant version by leaving out the olives, bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, bleu cheese dressing, and cheddar cheese.

You are right. I should have! I personally do not like blue cheese at all and wanted to leave the idea that you can have a Cobb salad with any dressing you like. Even if you add a lowfat blue cheese dressing and some bacon bits it would still be in a great calorie/fat range.
