    Very Good
I made this tonight, it was very good and easy. I broiled 10 minutes per side and it came out perfectly rare. I added Mrs. Dash "Spicy" to the spice mixture and it was fabulous. - 4/13/10

    Good
Very good. I had a larger roast than called for and it required a little more broiling time. I broiled it for 10 minutes a side, and it was very rare in the middle. - 1/13/08
