good idea, but I would not use Splenda! (chem lab) I think it would work with Lo Han as sweetener (zero calories and natural) and I do not drink coffee, so perhaps, Roma or Teechinno. I use pumpkin in smoothies and it is wonderful! - 10/11/11

Awesome! I used Truvia because I didn't have any splenda. All I can say is Starbucks move over, there's a new Pumpkin Spice Latte in town! - 11/5/11

Great substitute for an expensive coffee at a store. I just heat the milk and pumpkin in the microwave at work and then add coffee. I prefer not adding the pumpkin spice to the coffee. - 10/30/11

Very good! I got all excited to make this recipe, brewed the coffee.... and realized I was out of milk. My substitution was to heat two tablespoons of coffee mate with a cup of water in place of the milk. I was afraid of how it would turn out but it was actually quite good. Didn't use blender. - 10/12/11

I just use pumpkin spice flavored coffee that I bought at Trader Joe's, a little bit of half and half (it's worth it to me) and splenda - that makes it only 20 calories :-)

Made mine w/ pumpkin pie spice, not all spice, so mine might'be been a bit strong. Very yummy & I dont think blender necessary if you dont wanna use one. - 10/11/11

Very good!! Get a b-i-g mug! I liked the pp spice on top of the latte, but my daughter prefers a smaller sprinkle--- Mixing it all in the blender is good, too. Also, I normally do decaf coffee. Microwaving pumpkin and milk works, too. This could be a favorite! - 11/20/14

Almond milk at 30-40 cal per cup, depending on the brand, cuts the calories by 1/3 to 1/2. I like using less sweetener. The microwave makes this a quick and easy treat. For non-coffee drinkers, DandyBlend with dandelion is a great herbal coffee substitute at only 5 calories. - 9/21/12

Not bad. Tried it last week at a Fall Party. Seemed a little too "spicy". I think I'd try half the amount of pumpkin all spice next time. - 10/17/11

This sounds really good. I normally make chi latte decaf.I think I'll try it same way but substitute chi for pumpkin all spice and decaf tea instead of coffee. My kids love to join me. We call it sharing a moment. Still less calories and I'll top the kids off with light whip cream. ummmmmmmm!! - 10/12/11

Pretty tasty! I used decaff coffee cause I don't do caffine and used Agave Nectar or Stevea as the sweenter. Was just as good, a bit healthier but added just a few more calories. - 10/11/11
