Introduction
Recipe based off of a 1lb loaf cut into 10 - 12 slices. Recipe based off of a 1lb loaf cut into 10 - 12 slices.Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients

3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of water
2 teaspoons margarine or butter, softened
2 cups Gold Medal Better for Bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons dry milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons regular active dry yeast
Directions
Remove bread pan; attach kneading blade.
Place all ingredients in bread pan in the order listed.
Insert bread pan, close lid and plug in.
Select bread type and loaf setting.
Press START. Bread will be done baking in the number of hours indicated.
I remove the dough before the final rise and shape for my loaf pan. Allow the bread to finish rising in a slightly warm oven and bake at 350 until golden brown.

Really good loaf of bread, stays fresher much longer than other recipes I have tried. I used the breadmaker using the dough setting, then removed it, shaped it and put it in my loaf tin for the 2nd rise. Will lbe making this again and again. Will also try making bread rolls using this recipe too. - 6/21/20
