Sounds good. It's in the oven right now. (Smells good, too!) Wish me luck with my picky eaters! - 2/23/11

I really HATE licorice, but I love fennel! Go figure! Anyway, this was an interesting recipe. I did a coarse chop on the fennel. LIned a pizza pan with release foil. I used regular balsamic vinegar, but just bought white Balsamic. I might try that next time as the color was a bit strange! - 2/15/11

I really enjoyed this. It was my first use of fennel. I served with lamb chops it gave nice sweet savory combo. Thanks! - 9/25/10

This was AWESOME! Even my persnickety husband liked it. Once I figure out what else I can do with the fronds, I'm gonig to be buying a lot more fennel. - 8/7/10

I really liked it but DH didn't care for it at all - very different flavor from the vinegar. I will cook again, but just for me! - 2/2/10
