Ingredients

    2 russet potatoes
    1 - 1 1/1 T olive oil
    seasonings - salt, pepper, garlic salt, parmesan

Directions

Thinly slice potatoes and place in a bowl, add olive oil and seasonings and mix. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and then line the sheet with potatoes. Bake at 450 for 20-23 minutes until potatoes are crispy.

    These turned out very tasty and I can vary the seasonings and the way they are cut however I like - French fries, steak fries, thick or thin chips. - 10/14/13
