I have this cookbook at home & this is the only recipe I cook on a regular basis. My husband loves it so much he tends to gorge himself when I make it :). I sometimes add chopped carrots to it but the spices are what really makes the dish!! - 4/18/10

Delicious! The few extra calories spent on the dollop of sour cream are well worth it. The sour cream really enhanced the flavor of this dish. - 11/6/12

Incredible! I made it just like the recipe. When serving it I added a lil' more salt and pepper which really helped bring together the flavors. I will definitely make it again. BTW the hubby and son love it. - 1/18/12

It was easy enough to make, I love one pot meals. We like curry style dishes but I don't know that I would make this particular recipe again. - 10/25/10
