Ingredients

    1.5 cups Apples (any kind)
    1 cup seedless grapes
    2 medium bananas, sliced
    2 cups strawberries, sliced
    1.5 cup kiwi frui, sliced

Directions

Slice/Chop fruit as you like and mix in a bowl! Enjoy!

    Yes, yummy, but I have a funny feeling you didn't mean to make this a 1-serving 650 cal recipe? ;-). The total yield would be 7-8 cups I don't think I can fit that much in my tummy ;) ;) ;) - 4/16/09
