Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup fresh snap green beans
    1 large red bell pepper
    3/4 cup cherry tomatos
    1 cup baby portobello mushrooms slice or whole
    2 medium to large baby zucchini sliced
    1/2 cup onion cut into large sections
    5 small baby gold/yellow potatoes boiled and cut into quarters
    5-6 cloves garlic
    about 5 tablespoons light italian dressing
    a dash of season salt
    a dash of garlic powder (for extra garlic lovers)

Directions

mix all together with salad dressing
put in aluminum foil
heat on grill on medium heat until done to your liking.

    Excellent! I made this with asparagus instead of green beans, and just sprayed the foil with Pam instead of salad dressing - the entire family loved it! It cooks on the grill along with some chicken or fish and you're good to go! - 6/13/07
