I've also put in baby carrots & brussel sprouts. This is a great way to enjoy veggies without losing the vitamins.
This was great! although I forgot the mushrooms, but it was still delicious. Next time I'm going to sprinkle a little fat free cheddar cheese on it. Yummy!
