I've been wanting to try a simple recipe with kale since it is so healthy for you. This sounds delicious but I think I will try it with the sesame oil and add some garlic. - 2/5/11

I really liked this - I made it with Farmer Boy Restaurant Greek salad dressing instead of olive oil. If you can find it, try it! The flavor is awesome & there is very little fat in it. :) - 3/13/07

I like kale! I added an onion, skipped the tofu, and seasoned with bouillon cubes and dried crayfish and with Mary Sharps habanero hot sauce, for that Carribean flair. It was great! - 2/5/13

I made this for a church potluck and got lots of very positive comments. Besides a little salt and pepper, I added cilantro, basil, and fresh parsley. It was impossible to brown the tofu. I will make this again. Thank you, Absintheminded. - 3/4/11

Forget the tofu. I cook it with shrimp, beef or just lots of seasons, garlic and onions. - 2/5/11
