I made this for a church potluck and got lots of very positive comments. Besides a little salt and pepper, I added cilantro, basil, and fresh parsley. It was impossible to brown the tofu. I will make this again. Thank you, Absintheminded.
I really liked this - I made it with Farmer Boy Restaurant Greek salad dressing instead of olive oil. If you can find it, try it! The flavor is awesome & there is very little fat in it. :)
