Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This is awesome, I have never had tofu and said YUMMY I want more, this was a first for me. I did not have tumeric so I added celery salt and curry powder instead but OMG good.
lost the oil. Lost the full fat mayo. Changed nothing else except for adding smoked pepper. Excellent at 112 calories a serving.
way too high in fat and cals for me but if it was tweaked with 'just 2 good' mayo and less olive oil, i could grub a=on it with some ezekiel bread yum!
