Ingredients

    2 mild italian sausage links, cooked
    3 cups dry mueller's multi grain rotini, cooked
    2 tbsp light sour cream
    .5 cup milk
    10 oz. of mild cheddar cheese, shredded ( set some aside for top)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Cook sausage and pasta according to package directions. Slice sausage into tiny pieces. In large bowl mix pasta, sausage, cheese, sour cream, and milk in that order. Place mixed ingredients in a 13x9 pan sprayed with non stick spray. Cover with a layer of cheese. Place in oven uncovered for 45 mins or until top is golden brown. Let Cool for 5 minutes. Cut in half length wise and then make 2 equal cuts width wise to make 6 servings.
