Ingredients

    Spinach, frozen, 100 grams
    Egg Creations (Original), 0.25 cup
    Tre Stelle feta cheese light, 45 gram(s) (1/3 cup)
    Trestelle Ricotta Light, 280 gram(s)(1 cup)
    Nordica Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 0.5 cup
    Silani Parmesan cheese, 4 tbsp
    skim milk mozzerella cheese, Black Diamond, 60 gram(s) (1/2 cup)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp
    Rizopia Brown Rice Pasta Lasagne Noodles (56g or 2oz), 224 gram(s) Approx 8 noodles
    Pasta Sauce (Garden Select) Mushroom, 700 gram 1jar

Directions

thaw and drain spinach. Combine with spinach, cheese, onions and nutmeg with egg creation in a bowl. Spoon 1/2 cup pasta sauce into a glass baking dish. layer noodle, cheese mixture, noodles, cheese mixutre, noodles and cheese mixture 3 or 4 layers) top with remaining pasta sauce.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
