Introduction
A very yummy version of fish that EVERYONE will love! I use Tilapia and Basa Swai for this recipe.. I've cooked it multiple times over the last couple of months and never had one negative response :) It's a wonderful carmelized umami type of flavor that is hard to not like!! Ingredients
-
4 Fish Fillets (Basa Swai, Tilapia, Any Whitefish you like) Frozen or Fresh!
2TBSP Fat Free Mayonnaise
2TBSP Margarine
2tsp Basil
2tsp Oregano
1/4 C Shredded Parmesan (I shred my own off of a hard Parmesan Brick)
Directions
1). Set your Oven to Broil on High (make sure you have your rack set to the top rung or second rung in the Oven)
2). Mix all ingredients except the whitefish.
3). Once you're oven has been on Broil for 5 mins put your fish on a broiler pan unseasoned directly under the heat for two minutes. Your fish can be frozen or fresh, if it is fresh you can decrease the time to 1.5 min's
4). Flip your fish over and continue to broil for 2 more mins if it was frozen or 1 more min if fresh
5). Take your parmesan mixture and spoon it on top of the fish, spread it out evenly over the top and broil for 1-2 mins when the top of the fish gets beautiful brown marks/spots
