Introduction

great for using up leftover cooked penne pasta and/or chicken! great for using up leftover cooked penne pasta and/or chicken!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    15 oz lean ground turkey,cooked.
    1 can (10.5 oz) of low fat cream of chicken soup
    1 cup soy milk or skim milk
    6 oz of mozzarella cheese, seperated
    3 chopped garlic cloves
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup sliced celery.
    2 cups of cooked, whole wheat penne pasta
    2 tsp tarragon
    2 tsp thyme
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375*.
In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey with the onion and garlic. drain. Add the rest of the ingredients except for half of the cheese, and transfer to a casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375* for 25 min

  • I added broccoli and parmesan cheese to make it a meal in one. It was good, but the seasoning was off--too much thyme, I think. A different blend of seasonings might be better. - 11/16/16

  • Very good .I substituted cream of celery soup and used a mozzerella cheese mixture with cheddar. It was delicious. - 6/10/10
