Introduction
This is a healthy version of an old time favorite dish. Because you use Rotelle, or some other pasta, and not lasagna noodles, it makes up fast and easy. Ingredients

10 cups Lisa's Dbl Turkey & Vegetable Tomato Sauce
2 cups FiberOne Cottage Cheese
1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 slices Provolone Cheese
12 oz pkg pasta
Directions
Be sure to have the tomato meat sauce prepared ahead of time.
Bring 4 qt water to a rapid boil. Add pasta and stir. Cook until just aldente.
In small bowl add cottage cheese, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly.
In casserole pan, put 3 - 4 cups of sauce. Add pasta all at once. Add cottage cheese mixture. Add remainder of tomato sauce. Turn pasta and other ingredients over in pan till mixed. Even out in pan. Layer provolone cheese slices on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese on top is brown and bubbling.
