Ingredients

    1 pound baby carrots
    1 med. green pepper cut into 1/2" strips
    1 med. onion, cut into wedges
    6 boneless skinless breast halves
    1 20 oz. can chunk pineapple
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 T. soy sauce
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. ground ginger
    1/4 t. garlic powder
    3 T. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cold water
    hot cooked rice

    Mix all seasonings with pineapple juice and pour it over the rest of the ingredients that are layered in the crockpot. Add the cornstarch an hour before serving to thicken the sauce. We served is over hot rice which was cooked separately.

    This will be repeated by our family.
