What a great way to eat spinach! I subbed frozen blueberries & fresh strawberries because they were both less expensive that way. I couldn't find clementines right now so I added more frozen mixed fruit. I also tried almond milk just to try it. Thanks for the recipe- yum! - 3/31/10

I make one JUST like this, only instead of soymilk, a combo of pasteurized eggwhites, almondmilk, and kefir - and I use frozen peaches instead of blueberries to keep it from going gray..yucky color to drink! :) Awesome combo though! - 3/22/10

Blueberries can make it an ugly grey color, but they are so good for you! Try adding a little Spirulina powder for color.
