    1/2 cup celery, diced
    1/2 carrots, shredded or cut into very small strips
    1/4 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
    1 tsp Honey Mustard
    Lemon Juice
    1/8 cup of raisins (or one small box)
    Crushed walnuts (optional)


Combine carrots, celery, mayo, and honey mustard in a bowl. Add lemon juice to taste. Sprinkle raisins and/or walnuts over top.

Makes 2 Servings of approx 1/2 cup each. I
