Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can wholeberry cranberry sauce
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    1 can crushed pineapple in juice (NOT syrup)
    1 small box cherry jello

Directions

Drain juice from oranges into measuring cup. Add water to make 1 cup. Boil in a saucepan, then add jello. Stir until jello is completely dissolved. Add cranberry sauce and stir until dissolved. Pour into serving bowl or mold and let thicken in refrigerator (about 30 minutes).

Once thick, add the drained crushed pineapple and the drained mandarin oranges. Stir to distribute fruit. Return to refrigerator until set, about 3-4 hours.

Makes 8 servings.

    We made this today using rasberry jello and it was really good. My 21 year old son thought it was great too. We took it to a potluck and it disappeared! - 1/3/11
