This is my most used WW recipe. This is my most used WW recipe.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can tuna in water, drained
    1 cup whole wheat macaroni, uncooked
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can spinach (or peas or greens)
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup skim milk
    6 Tbs. reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

In casserole dish, stir together the tuna, macaroni, onion, peas, mushroom soup, and milk. Make sure the macaroni is covered by the sauce. Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Makes four servings.
