Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup soy flour
4 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs, separated
2 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In a bowl, beat the egg yolks (with a fork or wisk), add the milk and oil, then add the sifted dry ingredients. Wisk thoroughly.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg whites to a thick foam and add them gently to the preparation. Your batter is ready.
- Use a 1/2 cup of batter to make each waffle and cook for 4 minutes in waffle iron.
