Ingredients

    Dry mix
    2 cups white flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    8 tbsp skim milk powder
    6 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp salt

    1 cup warm water
    3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

The dry mix can be combined and stored in a cupboard for several months.
The oil and water are added at last minute to prepare for immediate consumption For every cup of dry mix use 1/3 cup water and 1tbsp oil to make 4 large drop biscuits.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 350F
