    4 boneless chicken breast
    2-14oz cans of stewed tomatos
    2 cans of chicken broth
    1 16oz bag of frozen green beans
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 med. onion, chopped
    1 tsp tarragon
    2 cups brown rice, uncooked


Place all in slow cooker.
Cook on high for 2 hours or cook on low for 3-5 hours.

  • This is very good and SO easy to make. I think it has a bit too much rice for the chicken & vegetables. I'm making this today using only one can of tomatoes, one can of chicken broth, and one cup of brown rice, and keeping all other ingredients the same. I'll be interested to see how it turns out. - 4/23/07
